Jyoti Khan, based in Singapore, is a certified communication professional and change practitioner. She has worked with some of the best technology, telecom, IT services, and financial services brands in India, Asia, and around the globe – in both agency and corporate environments.

Some of her best work has been with the C-suite to energize and align leaders and teams to a common purpose, inspire change, and help them build their desired organizational culture. She believes the secret behind an aligned organization with an engaged workforce is even more engaged middle management, reflected in her outstanding work on organizational alignment.

She is currently the co-founder and internal comms lead at Bricks & Clicks, a strategic comms consultancy.
